VazART: the nursing necklace that connects mom and baby through love and femininity

VazART: el collar de lactancia que conecta a mamá y bebé desde el amor y la feminidad

The beginning of everything

When I was given my first nursing necklace, I didn't even know what it was. I was still pregnant, and at the time, I could only wear it as an accessory for myself.

I looked at it with curiosity… and imagined my baby touching it, biting it, discovering the world through that small object. That's where it all began.

A product with purpose (and a personal dream)

By then, I already knew I wanted to start a business. And the more I researched the world of nursing necklaces, the more sense I found: a functional product, with purpose, aesthetically pleasing, and deeply connected to motherhood. And, inadvertently, it opened the door to a dream I had kept tucked away for years: making jewelry.

High jewelry was my great desire, one I had never fulfilled… But this, in some way, resembled it. They were necklaces with soul. Accessories for moms designed with intention, made to last, with a powerful message behind them. And that, for me, was enough.

Why don't our nursing necklaces have teethers?

From the beginning, one thing was very clear to me: at VazART, we do not make nursing necklaces with teethers.

The reason?

1. Child safety

The necklace is made for the mother to wear, not to be given to the baby. By adding a teether, many people see it as a toy, and that can pose a real choking hazard.

2. Connection and femininity

Our necklaces are designed with a more holistic vision: they are not just functional objects. They are tools that integrate beauty, emotional connection, sensory development, and well-being for both parties: mom and baby. Because when a mom feels good about herself, she is also better able to connect, support, and enjoy her motherhood.

I was my first user (and my daughter, my first inspiration)

I worked at a large company, with important meetings every day. And I always—always—wore one of my VazART necklaces. Whether with suppliers or with the president, no one noticed what it really was. But when I got home, my daughter did.

She touched it, explored it, bit it with that curiosity with which babies learn about the world. And there, between the two of us, something magical happened: connection, bonding, sensory stimulation, love.

I felt beautiful. She felt safe. And that small accessory, made of silicone, supported both of us.

Much more than an accessory: a way to mother with love

Over time, I understood that I wasn't the only one. That many moms needed the same thing: to feel good, reconnect with their bodies, and strengthen the bond with their babies. Especially in the postpartum period, such an intense, emotional, and sometimes solitary stage.

That's why today, VazART nursing necklaces are much more than an accessory. They are an embrace. A way to pamper yourself, to accompany you, and to remind you that your motherhood can also be beautiful, feminine, and conscious. Because mothering is not just about taking care of your baby: it's also about taking care of yourself, reconnecting with your body, your emotions, and your story. And that—for us—is mothering from love, instinct… and intuition.

Thank you for letting me accompany you on this powerful journey.
