How do I make an exchange or withdrawal?

Products are not subject to exchange, withdrawal, or money back, except for manufacturing defects.

The customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for VazART® products as they are personal use items (in accordance with the Consumer Statute).

Color perception

Differences in color perception caused by lighting, camera, or the device screen from which the photographs are viewed do not constitute a manufacturing defect or a product quality issue.

If the customer wishes to exchange the product due to a color preference, the exchange will be subject to the current exchange policy and transportation costs will be borne by the customer.
