Preserving value
Our understanding of sustainability
Creating value is important. Preserving it is our responsibility.
At VazART, we believe that sustainability goes far beyond environmental impact. It also means creating lasting value.
It means designing products that improve family life, manufacturing responsibly, caring for resources, preserving craftsmanship, and building a company capable of generating a positive impact for many years to come.
Every decision we make seeks to answer the same question:
How can we create the greatest possible value using only what is necessary?
This philosophy has guided our work since 2017 and is reflected in six pillars.
Emotional Value
We design products that strengthen the bond between mother and baby during some of the most important moments of their lives: breastfeeding, babywearing, play, and sensory exploration.
We believe that these moments have a value that transcends the product.
Our purpose has always been to accompany families during this stage, creating objects that facilitate connection, tranquility, and discovery.
Artisan Value
Every VazART product is assembled by hand.
This process allows us to dedicate time and attention to every detail, carefully review each piece before delivery, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
We believe that craftsmanship not only preserves a trade. It also preserves the care with which things are made.
Functional Value
We don't design products to follow trends.
Each piece is created to solve a real need and accompany a specific stage of child development.
That's why our products remain relevant over time, evolve with the baby, and remain useful long after the first purchase.
Designing with purpose is also a form of sustainability.
Resource Value
We believe in producing with intention.
Many of our products are made to order and can be customized in colors and combinations for each family.
The possibility of customizing many of our products not only makes each piece unique. It also means manufacturing what a family has truly chosen, avoiding the production of items that might never be used.
Instead of manufacturing large quantities hoping they will eventually sell, we produce with the person in mind who has already decided to welcome that product into their home.
This model allows us to reduce excess, avoid overproduction, and dedicate the necessary time to each piece.
Every product we manufacture already has a family waiting for it.
Social Value
Our greatest impact has always been on people.
We promote breastfeeding, strengthen the bond between mother and baby, and develop products that support sensory development from the first months of life.
Furthermore, many of our products are used as support in sensory integration processes, as recommended by families and professionals.
This commitment also contributes to two United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
SDG 2 · Zero Hunger
We contribute to SDG Zero Hunger, because promoting breastfeeding also helps reduce child malnutrition.
SDG 3 · Good Health and Well-being
We contribute to SDG Good Health and Well-being, because our sensory products are used as support in sensory integration processes, as recommended by families and professionals.
Legacy
Since 2017, we have built VazART step by step, remaining true to our principles.
We believe that growing responsibly, prioritizing quality over quantity, and making decisions with the long term in mind is also a form of sustainability.
We want to continue accompanying new generations of families for many years.
Because a legacy is not built overnight. It is built with consistency, purpose, and thousands of small decisions made with love.
Our commitment
Sustainability is not an isolated action or a trend for us.
It is the sum of thousands of decisions made with intention.
- It is designing with purpose.
- It is manufacturing only what is necessary.
- It is preserving craftsmanship.
- It is caring for families.
- It is building a lasting legacy.
At VazART, we understand sustainability as the commitment to preserving value to build a legacy.
We don't want to be remembered for the quantity of products we manufacture, but for the value we help preserve in every family we accompany.
