Yes, as long as it is used correctly. The necklace is worn by the mom, not the baby. The baby explores and chews on it while being held or nursing, always under supervision.

The materials are BPA-free antibacterial food-grade silicone, certified by the FDA and the EU. The clasps are tested to withstand more than 138 N without detaching or breaking off any pieces. The baby should never be left alone with the accessory.

Yes. The pieces are 100% chewable — they are made of food-grade silicone designed exactly for that. Biting the necklace helps relieve teething discomfort and is a natural part of the baby's sensory exploration. The clasp should not be bitten.

No. It is an accessory for the mom, not a toy. That's why at VazART we don't make necklaces with integrated teethers. Doing so makes the necklace perceived as a toy and can pose a real choking hazard if the baby is left alone with it. The necklace must be worn by the mom while the baby explores it, always under supervision.

For child safety regulations, the pacifier clip has a maximum length of 22 cm not including the clasp. This measurement is not arbitrary; it is the limit established by regulations to ensure that the accessory does not pose a risk to the baby. For this same reason, it is not possible to add letters or names: they would extend the pacifier clip beyond what is allowed.

The choice of color doesn't depend on what's "best" for the baby, but on what you like best as a mom. The necklace is an accessory designed for you, with benefits for your baby.

Babies need to interact with all ranges of colors: light, dark, contrasting, bright, soft. There is no mandatory or uniquely recommended color.

My advice: choose the shades that make you feel comfortable and happy wearing it, because that's what makes it special. The baby will enjoy it and benefit just the same, regardless of the color palette.

Pacifier clips are designed following the European Standard EN 12586:2008+A1:2011, which requires them to withstand at least 90 N without breaking or detaching small parts.

At VazART we go further: our internal tests apply 138.3 N (14.1 kg), equivalent to more than 50% above the required minimum, and our products successfully pass them. Other products comply with standard EN-71.

Maintaining hygiene is simple. Follow these instructions according to the material:

• — Rinse well and air dry.
• — You can also use a dishwasher.
• — Do not use sterilizers, microwaves, or boiling. The cord and clasps lose strength with heat.

• — Do not submerge in water.
• — Do not use harsh chemicals.
• — Apply vegetable oil periodically to nourish the wood.

No. Although food-grade silicone can withstand high temperatures, the nylon cord and clasps cannot. With heat, they lose strength, weaken, and can burn, risking the safety of the product and your baby.

This applies to all products with cords and clasps: pacifier clips, nursing necklaces, and similar accessories.

At VazART® we support the circular economy, but according to the Consumer Statute, our products are classified as personal use goods.

For hygiene and child safety, we do not recommend reusing them or purchasing them second-hand.

Dispatch is made 5 to 7 business days after purchase confirmation by the payment gateway, or after sending the proof of payment in case of bank transfer.

All products are handmade after payment is received, in order of arrival. We do not keep pre-made stock, because each piece can be customized in colors according to each mom's preferences.

VazART® products cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded once shipped, for the following reasons:

They are accessories for personal use in direct contact with babies, which excludes them from the right of withdrawal according to Art. 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 (Colombian Consumer Statute), which exempts goods that by their nature cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or safety.

Each product is handmade to order, so there is no stock for exchanges.

What does VazART® cover? If you receive a product with a verifiable manufacturing defect, you have 5 business days from receipt to report it via WhatsApp with a photo or video of the defect. We evaluate each case and, if applicable, replace the product at no cost.

By making your purchase, you accept these conditions, also available in our return policy.

We do our best to ensure that the photographs faithfully represent the true colors of each product. However, lighting, camera, and the screen from which you view the images can cause differences in color perception.

These differences do not constitute a manufacturing defect or a quality issue. If you wish to exchange the product due to a color preference, the exchange will be subject to our current exchange policy and transportation costs will be borne by the customer.

3. We will send you a visual proposal for your approval.
